One of my goals this year was to add strength training to my routine, and I can proudly say that not only did I achieve that, but I’ve surpassed what I ever thought I was capable of! Strength training has become so much more than just a workout-it’s been a journey of physical growth, mental resilience, and overall empowerment.
Strength training is a game-changer for women, empowering us to build strength for today while supporting longevity and health for the future. The mental and emotional growth I’ve experienced is just as transformative as the physical progress.

I joined the Strength Club because I was dealing with chronic low back pain. I was apprehensive at first because I was concerned if I would be able to stay consistent but the vibe at the club was welcoming and enjoyable so I overcame that apprehension. Since joining the Club I have had no back pain and I have less fear of movements that used to hurt my back.

I’m so grateful to have found St. Pete Strength Club! The staff, environment, small class-sizes and community have far exceeded my expectations. Strength Club is the first gym I’ve ever stuck with for more than a few months, and I’ve been going strong for over 2 years now. What keeps me coming back is the culture and community that they have built. If you’re into small group classes, real people, and getting strong at a supportive, nontoxic gym, this is it!!

I was nervous to start at a new gym, but the coaches were so easy to talk to, so I became comfortable right away. I feel stronger in the 3 months here than in the 12 months I spent with other gyms. I feel like they actually listens to me and pushes me in thoughtful and healthy ways, honoring boundaries and encouraging growth but not in a way that feels overwhelming.I feel stronger and happier due to the Strength Club

I wanted to find a Coach to help me get stronger, and gain muscle. Going to the Strength Club holds me accountable. It is a great feeling and sense of accomplishment to meet my goals every time I attend a session. Coach Jordan and the Strength Club know their stuff and create an awesome environment to get healthy. Joining the Strength Club has helped me build muscle and get stronger which has carried over to helping have an awesome life outside the gym.

After being diagnosed with cancer, my life changed completely. Surgery, radiation, hormone shots, and physical therapy left me depleted. I sought out the Strength Club and Coach Jordan to add a strength routine that complimented my other weekly workouts. Since joining the club, my physique has returned to what it was before cancer. I feel stronger, more stamina, and increased strength. Thanks, Coach J for creating an inviting and motivating experience!
