
CLASSES
STRENGTH
Our flagship program. In the Strength Track, every session is intentionally designed to build upon the previous one—creating a cohesive training week that delivers real, measurable progress. Small group coaching focused on lifting well, building serious strength, and improving overall health and longevity for all levels.
CONDITIONING
A high-energy blend of strength, cardio, and varied movement. We use different ranges of motion, implements, and formats than in our Strength classes to build endurance, resilience, work capacity, and well-rounded fitness. This class is a great addition to split up your strength training week.
YOGA RESET
Slow things down and restore your body. This class focuses on deep stretching, breathwork, and nervous system recovery to help you move better, feel better, and train longer. Each class is tailored to restore your body after that past week’s strength workouts. This class is included complimentary to your Strength Club membership.
BARBELL CLUB
The Barbell Club Track is our advanced strength training series designed for members who want to take their barbell skills and strength to the next level. Each class focuses on refining technique, building confidence with heavier loads, and using targeted accessory work to improve barbell performance. While not required, we recommend at least one year of consistent training at Strength Club before joining the Barbell Club Track.
POWER YOGA
A strong, steady flow that builds strength, stability, and control. Expect intentional movement, longer holds, and a balance of challenge and breath. This class a great way to add variety to your strength training week.
